Random House Struik is a joint venture between Times Media Group's New Holland Publishing and Random House in London.

New Holland Publishing is an international book & map publisher and logistics service provider to the book industry. The head office is situated in Cape Town, South Africa and overseas offices are in the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

The Random House Group is one of the largest general book publishing companies in the UK. The Group is based in London and has subsidiary companies in Australia, New Zealand and India.
